TokenVesting improvements (#1431)

* Improved TokenVesting events.

* Added extra checks to TokenVesting.

* Renamed the events.

* Fixed linter error.

* Fixed a test that failed to cover a require.

* Renamed TokensRevoked to TokenVestingRevoked.
